Power Balls

I love playing outside. I love skiing, hiking, kayaking and cycling. The best thing is I get to do all of this with my best friend, my boyfriend Oskar.

Here is a high protein energy candy that’s easy to make and enjoy outside!
Oskar loves these and so do my sons. Who wouldn’t love peanut butter and chocolate?!

We make these as a power source on a long cycling ride or just as a healthier candy at home.

Makes 35 small balls. Cooking time 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
9.2 oz peanut butter
1.8 oz Rice Krispies
10.5 oz powdered sugar
1 oz butter, melted
10.5 oz dark chocolate

Method:
Everything put in the mixer and blended well together.
If the balls are too wet then add more powdered sugar. If they are too dry add more peanut butter.
Make small bite size balls. Cover with melted chocolate. Let the Power balls rest on baking sheet until chocolate has dried. Refrigerate until your ready to go outside and play 😉
