Toast with sardines and avacado

I love to have a quick and easy lunch thats healthy. This is one of my favorites. It’s packed with all the good fats, vitamin D and calcium and a great source of protein. I toast a whole wheat bread, drizzle some olive oil over it. Mash pup a ripe and juicy avocado and spread it over the toast. Add one can of sardines in oil. I discard the oil from the can because  I use some good quality olive oil in stead. I boil an egg to my liking. A soft boiled egg is nice 🙂 Then finally I cut some chives and salt and pepper. That’s what I call a perfect post work out meal.
